Order Options
We have a user-friendly and secure shopping cart for your online purchases. However, if you prefer to order by phone or mail please read the following information.
By Phone: 314-550-3846 - We will ask for your name, phone number, shipping address, and credit card information. Credit card information includes type of card (Master Card or Visa), card number, expiration date, 3 digit security code (also known as CVV2 code and located on the back signature panel), and the zip code linked to the credit card billing address.
If you reach our voice-mail, please leave your name, phone number, best time to call you back, and reason for calling. We are not always able to man this phone, but will return your call as soon as possible.
By Mail: PO Box 64, Mapaville MO 63065 - If you prefer to send your payment by mail, we accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks. You can either call us for the total with shipping and any applicable taxes or you may fill out your shopping cart and select Money Order as your form of payment. NOTE: We will not ship out orders until payment is received.
Shipping Information
Shipping Options - We offer USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority, and UPS. We use shipping software to calculate our shipping fees and do not charge handling fees. We also offer USPS Flat Rate shipping when a USPS shipping service is selected if it is cheaper than the existing rate. NOTE: The adjustment will not show up in the shopping cart; we will manually adjust the total before processing the payment.
Damaged Merchandise and Insurance - Harvest Glow, LLC takes great care in packaging your order. However, damages due to shipping services are out of our control. UPS shipping includes insurance. USPS insurance is optional. Please notify us on your order (there is a comment field available) if you would like insurance. We charge the current USPS Insurance Rates for the corresponding amount. This charge will be manually added to your order total and will not be reflected in your shopping cart.
If you receive a damaged package please keep the packaging as the shipping carrier will want to see it. Contact us immediately via e-mail and include your order number and list the damage. If you have the resources to send us a picture it would be appreciated. We will follow up with the shipping carrier.
Return Policy - We are dedicated to providing you with a top quality accurately formulated soy candle. We guarantee that our candles are made from pure soy wax, premium fragrances and dyes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange of same product. For candle returns, we request no more than 25% of the product is used. Contact us first! We will not accept returns unless you have contacted us first to receive a confirmation number. Once you have you confirmation number, send your invoice and the product in the original packaging to:

We are unable to refund shipping charges, but will not charge additional shipping on replacement items. Your credit card will be credited the refund amount once we have received the return and authorized it. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to post.
International Orders - If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase our products we may be able to help you, please contact us as our shopping cart does not offer international ordering.
