Return Policy

We are dedicated to providing you with a top-quality accurately formulated soy candle. We guarantee that our candles are made from pure soy wax, premium fragrances and dyes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We will do what we can to make it right. You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange of the same product. For candle returns, we request no more than 25% of the product is used. Contact us first! We will not accept returns unless you have contacted us first to receive a confirmation number. Once you have your confirmation number, send your invoice and the product in the original packaging to:

We are unable to refund shipping charges, but will not charge additional shipping on replacement items. Your credit card will be credited the refund amount once we have received the return and authorized it. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to post.

International Orders – If you are located outside of the United States and would like to purchase our products we may be able to help you, please contact us as our shopping cart does not offer international ordering.
